This dealership is pleasant to work with, answers their phone, returns phone calls and takes their time. Puente hills VW NEEDS some serious help. PHVW is Closer to my house but chose to drive extra 20+ mins to select GGVW for my service needs.

Service advice was not punctual on follow up or call backs. Service experience resolved in 2 trips and still has not resolved my issue I’m still dealing with. I was told the service completed would resolve in fixing my issue with apple car play continue disconnecting. I have also been advised of a call back Thursday witch is today with a follow up and still have not received any updates to my concerns.
